In my early 30s ...I worked using computer screens and started getting headaches..I had my eyes tested...they explained that my eyes were aging...each eye needed different corrections and that my brand new pair of glasses that cost over $250..would fix all my problems...for at least 2 years after which I would need to probably need a new pair as my eyesight got worse....I needed a pair at home and a spare pair at work...so I just got a pair of cheap reading glasses for home use ($6) and after a while I found it made no difference which one I used...40 years later I still only use glasses to see a computer screen....and my vision otherwise is fine..total cost over 40 years?..$20..my local shopping centre has 3 supermarkets...and 4 optometrists.....snake oil?...draw your own conclusions...at very best you could be being ripped off or lied to....at worst scenario they are actively making your vision worse....I could be wrong....
