Where I live the education department are trialing school education into 2 time slots were parents have a choice to send their children to school either a morning time slot or an afternoon time slot doing only 4&1/2hrs from 6hrs in total. The shorter the day is less for children to learn. A whole year of education that schools have to teach children is all of a sudden squashed to shorter hours. What education are these children going to end up having? Bad enough in a school ay there are so many interruptions & barely they learn enough & now shorter day the kids will do Buckleys all in a day. Great way for them to be educated for today's society. I feel for these kids as if you're not bright, the more you're going to fall behind unless you the parent can teach your child more were a teacher is not. Do you like this type of education? All I can say lucky for me I'm not caught in this situation at all.
