Cut beef into strips instead of chunks and you don't need to cook so long either. If it's a sunny day and you don't feel like going out that's OK, make sure to open some windows a little for some fresh air and let the sunshine filter in. Play some music, I find it takes my mind off the immediate problem , just aim for upbeat styles. I mix up my favourite drink usually an iced coffee around lunchtime... or a cup of tea always good and calming. If you like to cook make something to treat yourself or you could share with a friend or neighbour? You could concentrate on a quiz show and pat yourself on the back whenever you get one right ! Drink water.. may sound odd but being dehydrated could make you feel worse and be giving you a headache .l just try and do the small things that I can do or feel like doing in such times . I'm finding hard just to take surveys I think I have done over 100 surveys in the last few days and 99% screen you out today I done 20 odd surveys with three of them I got to the point where I thought it was rolling back to award my points for the survey only to find it tells me I was screened out once I completed the survey this has happed 3 times today I had issue with a same type of problem only days ago and contacted them to say I wasn't awarded my points only to be told I need to supply a screen shot to prove what had happened when it is near impossible to screen shot when your under the impression your going back to survey site only to find they say you have been screened out for a few measly point not good enough Rewardia it's a form of robbery

Peak Health authority bodies want govt to start paying $ 500 million per yr targeted at those most in need to begin combating the ongoing problems of the average Aussie not being able to afford basic dentistry above a standard oral exam,xray and scale and clean ( costing between $230-350 avg). Fewer than half the Aus population now see a dentist once per yr. Canadanians 75% and U.S.A 63% Which puts us in dire straits as far as more hospitalisations in the future.... heart conditions ,dental issues too far gone , many issues including comfort eating your food ,jaw pain ,migraines ,mental health/ confidence issues etc ,etc would all be helped or avoided with regular dental care. Now if they can just find a means to train them all to be nice and gentle and get some new methods of numbing other than the goddamn needles ,, and a new style of silent laser drill ? l would be happy!

Yes, I used to roller skate at a rink in Dandenong (no longer there though) when I was growng up. Also took my daughter there before her 9th birthday when I fell awkwardly and ended up in hospital with a spiral fracture to my tibia and fibula...needless to say that was the end of my roller skating days!

No such thing as CD's when I was a child. My father worked for Lee Gordon, if anyone else is old enough to remember him. Lee Gordon was a promoter who brought artists out to Australia and would hand out photo's and 78RPMH records which my father would bring home for me. So I got to hear Jimmy Rogers, The Kaylen Twins and The Everley Brothers to name a few. When I was older I was much in demand as a babysitter and one couple I babysat for had a large collection of records and I got to hear Johnny Matthis, The Platters and other artists from the '50's but by the time I wanted to buy records such as The Beatles, Searchers and Bilyl Thorpe and The Aztecs there were 45's and 331/3 or LP's. I think the first CD I bought was Michael Jackson. I did start replacing my LP's with CD's but when it came time to toss Tommy by The Who and the Beatles white album I couldn't do it and decided to keep them all. Every now and then I'll give one or 2 a spin, some date back to the sixties and I still love them but I also have many of them in CD form as well.

I'm not on Facebook or Instagram. I don't know the names of the other ones. Rewardia is the closest thing to social media that I'm involved in. I don't feel the need for the approval of people who feel they have the right to abuse me because I don't know them. The whole idea seems ridiculous to me, but I know that children can be harmed by things that they see on social media.

The problem really is that it is called Hemp and some silly people immediately associate this product with Illicit Drug Use when in fact it contains none of the drug associated with smoking pot/weed etc.. I would certainly try it if I had an issue with severe, on-going pain.

Ahh Jann , l can't tell you how many gazillions of these I pumped out over my years of cooking, l'm having flashbacks!! The mini ones were the most popular , people would want them still warm out of the oven ! I have to have my baked cheesecakes cold ! I used to make up a Berry mix using frozen blackberries, raspberries and strawbs and blueberries.. put a good spoonful of sugar over them and zap it for a minute or 2 in the microwave. So they still hold the shape but are nice and glossy. Then when the cheesecake is just about ready , l put some of this in the middle and return to the oven for a few minutes more.Even fancier I would sometimes add some rosewater or rose syrup to the berries in summertime. Its not only women. Men also have problems as I found out many years ago. There is no support for either. It was a struggle but the only one who can do anything is yourself. Self pity does not help. You have to just get on with life, its your life and you are the only one who can change things.

I've never completed a starless survey, but I don't avoid them entirely. Yesterday, I entered a no-star, Rose survey with a 10,000 point reward. I was screened out within a minute, but received a compensation of 217 points.

As a rule, any surveys that roll over....for example, ask a question, buffer, ask a few more, repeat question or show up as a different provider, instantly close down. Been at this game for years, I know\ud83d\ude44

Both. Parents need to guide kids but kids should also be responsible. Sometimes it's neither. Here's a couple of points to consider: *Age is a factor as well though because children under a certain age lack a lot of insight. They could easily (depending on personality type) be influenced by some naughty kids or sinister people depending on who they're exposed to. *Sometimes parents do everything in their power to shield kids from the harmful things in the world but their kids still end up in difficult situations for whatever reason. *Genetics also plays a part. Do we blame the parents or the parents parents? I don't think it's fair to blame people for genetics because they can't help the way they're born. At the end of the day it boils down to education and making smart decisions, good values, self esteem and inner strength: sometimes smart people make dumb decisions for whatever reason, maybe insecurity? Maybe carelessness or complacency? Sometimes people who mostly do right end up in bad situations. Sometimes disciplined people with high self esteem end up on drugs as well. If people make smart decisions, fully understand the impact of substances on their bodies, are secure in themselves, have good values and have inner strength then all these factors will help people make good decisions. Furthermore teaching all of that to a child is easier said than done, every kid is different and there is no manual for raising kids so to a degree it's up to us to teach ourselves (parents or guardians) so we can teach better because we (kids and parents) can't always rely on people to give us the best advice (boils down to smart decisions and sometimes luck).

I look after my daughter's dog at Easter and Christmas. This way she gets a couple of breaks in the year to visit friends who live in country areas. Our family have never been big on the eggs and rabbits nonsense of Easter.

I didn't have a close relationship with my parents or my siblings. I was close to my children up until they were adults then suddenly I'm ghosted. Not a nice feeling but I know karma will catch up to them when they have children.
